I went in for just a few fluid drains and refills, and a few spark plugs. Somehow they padded the bill with all kinds of labor charges, checking things that I could've done myself. It cost me a month's wages to do what I could've done myself in a handful of hours. I will never spend another penny at this dealership again, as far as labor and service goes. Parts is another story, because the prices are set. But their service department will drain your bank account, coming up with all kinds of ridiculous charges, and parts price inflation. You've been warned.

I leased a 2021 Kia Sportage and the car burns oil has had me come back for my 3rd round of oil consumption tests , which means I go back every one thousand miles and the car is low on oil.. but won’t do anything to rectify the problem .. they are blaming Kia corporate .. the service department is awful , they did two really bad things to my car , they are the ones that screwed it up in the first place . They lost a good customer , never again will I deal with them for my next car
