The dealership was amazing from start to finish. starting with Lindsey; the voice (and cashier) that greets you when calling. She was always polite, patient and professional. She was always there. Everyone in the facility - even salesmen who I may have had to ask directions (or permission to take a snack) were all incredibly polite and helpful. The service department was hands-down, the finest I've had the pleasure of dealing with in years - and finally; the service provided to my Panamera was second to non. It's running.., no.. It's Performing like new! The price was fair and unlike some dealership service departments who sometimes pressure you over to the sales department, these guys found the problem, notified me of the issue, and resolved it in a very timely manner. I received what was promised - and when It was promised. From Tim (the department leadership), and Rachel, my service rep, to Tony and Nelson (the actual hands-on).. You were all Amazing! It was a real pleasure.., but I hope NOT to see you all again, until check-up time!

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Westmont Porshe, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. Aish Ayyash, my service advisor, took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and had straightforward recommendations. I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. He provided me several updates while the car was in the shop. He also provided me a beautiful 2025 Macan loaner as my car was getting serviced. The technicians did an excellent job and my car and was returned to me spotless, running smoothly, and with a full service report outlining exactly what had been done. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and genuine care for the customer. Many service centers feel rushed or impersonal, but Westmont Porshe truly treats you like a priority from start to finish. Thank you to Aish and the dealership for making this such a smooth process! Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
