Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

My wife went in for an oil change and tire rotation, drove the car home saying the car was making a loud noise, after I did an inspection I found both front rim lug nuts were loose. I had to take my car back to make sure nothing was damaged. thank God my wife was not in a serious accident. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE

We purchased our first Nissan 2 years ago from Gerald, it was a great decision. We love the service department and will only have our Pathfinder serviced here. The service team is great and we truly appreciate the service manager Lynn. She is honest and never steers you wrong.

People Are Important at Green Nissan - Maxima Lover Cat

This is the 4th car we have leased through Duane Anderson at Green Nissan. We had never owned a Nissan before being assisted by Duane. His knowledge of the vehicles at Green and his ability to pair the needs of his customer is amazing. We were never led astray by him and we have always felt that he had our best interest at heart. Of course we know that is his job, but believe me not all car salesmen are created equal. I actually went to the dealership this last visit to have my Maxima serviced. Duane stopped by while we were waiting and I asked him if I was due for a new car. End of story, we left with a new car picked out. We came back a few days later to do the paperwork and we are happily settled in our new Maxima.

I went to Hawk Nissan because I did not like the attitude I was given at Gerald Nissan in North Aurora. Andy in Service was absolutely AWESOME!!! He assisted me with everything and was completely open with what was going on with my car and what I had to do. Ultimately I ended up needing a new CVT (under extended warranty) and provided a loaner. I would recommend Hawk Nissan for all of your needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!😁 I ALMOST wanted to buy the loaner car I drove!!!

2 days ago Terrible place and terrible experience x2, yes twice. Seth was the backbone of most of the failure, but even when he ran my credit 2 diffrent times, which were spider webbed out to way more creditors than need, he was still unable to get me in anything even with decent credit and $1000 down. Will never be back there and would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want your credit to go to waste and lots of time. I'd give it 0 if i could.

Josh reached out to us about our issues with the service department. He had us bring the car back and they double checked the work done and checked the evap relays. They changed out the gas cap and reset the the system. Josh said if the light comes back to be sure to reach out to him in the future.

Amazing People!, I was on my way to a ash spreading memorial for my father in law from Shorewood Illinois to Cartersville about 320 miles. I was driving my less the two week old Audi e-Tron. Thinking getting power was as easy as getting fuel. Not the case. With less than two miles till dead. I was able to locate a charging station at KC Summers Nissan. I arrive 5 minutes till close on a Saturday afternoon. I realized after plugging in, the charge was going to take at least 4 hours till 80%. Knowing I had a situation on my hands and another 130 plus mile to travel. Pat Renfro and staff offered a loner at no charge? I was blown away because this doesn't happen where I'm from. Being a business owner for over 30 years myself, I realized businesses with trust and integrity still exist in America. Hat's off to you guys. I would recommend you people to everyone I know.
