A few months back I took my vehicle into this dealership to have an extended service, allowing the service manager to drive my vehicle home. My vehicle was returned full of animal hair which I am allergic to. They attempted to blame the issue on a really old cabin air filter however regardless of how old it was, it never caused me problems before. So for a few months I had to suffer with allergies every time I drove my vehicle due to negligence on their service. The Manager attempted to have my vehicle cleaned however I didn't solve the problem. This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with a dealership.

Overall fantastic experience! My salesman, Scott McClellan was extremely helpful when he sold me the car a year ago and continues to follow up and check on my vehicle. He goes over and above when I stop in for service, assisting me with further questions. He is always available and anxious to help and very knowledgeable. The Service Department is excellent. Everyone is very friendly, accommodating, and keeps me informed during the service appointment. I appreciate the email reminders of appointments ahead of time. I have never had to wait long at all to have work done and a shuttle service is available if needed. They wash my car any time I stop in and ask for such service. I have owned several cars from this dealership and highly recommend Mike Miller Auto Park. It is a top-notch organization with a tremendous product at a very reasonable price. I will continue to buy my cars from this organization, as I have had nothing but positive experiences there. Thank you, Mike Miller!

Joe Ryan get a live and go somewhere else . I was wait more then 24 hours for info about my car.(never happen before). then he hang up on me when i was try get some info how long my car going to be in the shop . car was under factory warranty but he was try charge me for some things. i have extended warranty . i rate them today very bad in all categories most because of service

Radiator and battery replacement $1,070.00 - Carlisah

My car was leaking radiator fluid. I called PDR. and told them so. They set me up for an appointment on Jan 3. My Battery died before Jan 3. and I told them so. I told them that I would have my Saturn Relay towed to them about 15 mins late. They told me that they would replace the battery, radiator and  hoses for $1,070.00. I told them that I will have my car towed back to my house then the said I owed $225 for the estimate. They didn't mention diagnostic charge at any time and they didn't allow the towing company to take my car until I paid. They later brought it down to $197.00. Be aware if PDR  just looks at your car you're going to pay about $200.00 and average radiator replacement is about  $500 according to the internet.
