Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

Yaileth Arvizu (Product Specialist): She lied to me about my car mats, saying my car never came with them. After arguing and insisting, she finally admitted she was wrong and returned them, but only after being caught. This was dishonest and unprofessional.

I purchased a Mini from Mini of Chicago back in 2012. I brought it in for routine service. The Service department was super helpful and answered all my questions. Was I was walking out I spotted a brand new 2016 Mini that I just had to have. I started talking with Jason and he answered all my questions. I picked up my old Mini that night from service and returned the next day to purchase my new one. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in no time! These guys are pros and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and experience!
