I recently had my car serviced at Zimmerman Honda in Moline Without question that is the best dealership around. I spend six months a year in Florida and six months in Illinois. It is such a pleasure having my car serviced here because I. know I will be treated fairly and the service has always been top notch. The deanship in Florida could learn a lot from Zimmerman. Zimmerman Honda should be a training ground for all Honda dealers so they can see how well the treat customers. I have no connection to anyone there other than being a customer. My salesman is awesome(Mike Jarrin) and the service department is the best around. I have driven many cars in my 70 years but when I started driving Hondas about 25 years ago I don't even look at other brands anymore. In fact, the last car I bought I found on line and called mike and did everything over the phone and went in and picked it up the next day. Job well done Zimmerman in training you salesmen and service department they truly are the best.

November 2024: I got in right away with my wife 2008 Honda pilot. Jason got me in for an oil change and the tire rotation and after inspection that needed an Alignment which we got done. As always, good prices, fast service professional interaction with the customers Serra Honda Is the best.! Her pilot now has 361,000 miles on it and this dealership has been taken care of it since 2011. It's always been more so.once the Serra folks came in! 5 out of 5 stars We would highly recommend their dealership for all your needs! Have you seen the new Prologue? What a looker! Do yourself a favor and call them today! August 2024: Once again, great service by Kathy and the people at the service department at Serra Honda. We bought our 2008 Honda pilot from Huey Honda over in Frontenac in March 2011 and beginning in April 2011. We started bringing it to Meyer/Serra Honda in O'Fallon and we have been thrilled with the service ever since. They recently sent me the Carfax on our vehicle and we had like 60 services done there and the pilot now has 354,000+ miles on it and is going strong! First class Service a great group of people I would highly recommend the service department,, The parts department, and although we haven't had occasion to do business with the sales Department yet service and parts I'm sure they're wonderful too! My last purchase of a vehicle was at Honda of Downtown Chicago in 2012. I have not returned to buy a new vehicles since then. Not really their fault. I am still driving my 2012 Honda CR-V now with 533,286 miles (<- not a typo!) Reeently my air conditioning needed servicing and David and Giovanni were extraordinarily kind and helpful in getting my car serviced. Everything about the service department ran smoothly. If I ever do buy another car, it will definitely be a Honda and it will be at this location. Thank you David and Giovanni for making this experience as pleasurable as possible. You guys rock!
