I cannot say enough great things about the professionalism at Brilliance Honda. 4 years ago my daughter bought a Jeep there and had an issue with the drivability. Jeff Deters was the sales manager and without hesitation took care of my daughter. Recently, I bought a used Passport and brought it in for an oil change. Megan asked about the car and I mentioned the brakes seemed soft.to my surprise when I came back to pick up my car from the oil change collectively, Shaun Brandau the Assistant Service Manager, Megan and Jeff the Service Manager decided to replace my brakes. This is as professional as it gets and has won my future business. Everyone is first class. Thank You

As a woman, I am always afraid that my lack of automotive knowledge might be exploited. Definitely NOT THE CASE here. Chris and Tarek worked to find me the best value in the service and sales departments respectively. Eddie in finance was also extremely personable and kind. Brought my 2016 CRV in for routine maintenance and to check out a noise/vibration in the front end. Unfortunately it was the timing chain. Costly, yet a necessary repair. Anthony Gargano was his usual helpful, professional self and found a Honda loaner for me-no charge-to use for the next several days while my car was being repaired. Repairs made, first big one since I bought it in '16, all good for now.
