The service Dept.did awesome job in getting us back on the road asap. My salesman Zack and manager Mike went way out of there way to accommodate us and help in every way. I have never seen a manager take such a personal interest in a customer. We live 40 min. away well worth the drive. This truly is a HOMETOWN dealership!!!!!

Josh reached out to us about our issues with the service department. He had us bring the car back and they double checked the work done and checked the evap relays. They changed out the gas cap and reset the the system. Josh said if the light comes back to be sure to reach out to him in the future.

I am very disappointed in this dealership. My oil change went from 85.00 to $121.00. The excuse was Chrysler wants Chrysler oil in my Jeep. I should get to choose my oil and I shouldn’t get charged for something I didn’t want. My car ran just fine in GM oil. I’m frustrated, I need to find someplace I can trust! Someplace that will put the customer before the car/oil manufacturers! Customer service should be the priority!
