The management at Toyota of Fox Lake needs to know what a valuable resource they have in Timothy Delord. I made a random call to the dealership about a rusted out frame on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma. Despite what task I may have taken him away from, Timothy showed a level of professionalism and patience that I have not encountered in over 50 years of car ownership. In this age of negative connotations regarding car dealership personnel, the level of satisfaction in my experience with Timothy Delord must be acknowledged by dealership management.
