I needed my tires rotated. I happened to be in the area so I dropped in. They immediately took care of me. They throughly checked my car for any problems. I found out that my front brakes needed to be replaced soon. Being a woman I depend on your dealership to take care of my maintence. The service manager, Kevin Hawkins, took me to the lounge and got me a cup of coffe personally. The tire rotation was free you can't beat free. Overall I would say that your dealership is the best. I have told some people about how good you are.8973

This place has gone way down hill in recent year. I don't know if they are under new management or what. Took my car here for an oil change. Paid 4xs what I would have at local mechanic but I wanted it done right so that was ok. A month later there is absolutely no oil in my engine and the oil cap is so loose that I could take it off by hand. Business made zero efforts to reach out to me and make things right. I will never take my car here again. Even if there's a recall, I'll travel to a different Hyundai dealership. This place just wants your money.

I took my 2019 Colorado to Serra GMC for an oil change that took two hours and also had the cabin filter replace big mistake. Slowest service I have ever seen and staff was rude as xxxx. I asked you the owner of Serra and they told me they had no clue who they were working for they lied to me but after demanding I was given a name of Ben. Called spoke with a very nice lady she took all my information and number so Ben could call me back. I strongly suggest you avoid Serra GMC service unless you enjoy throwing hard earned money away for BAD service, and employees that will bold face lie to your face. I will go back to Sullivan Park Hill from now on. No one wanted to be honest so I can only image how they are not honest when it comes to your vehicle and doing work that is. not needed to make a bigger commission. I also asked two sales people they were also rude as the others and would not give me the owners name. The should remove the picture of Mr Serra on the wall they are all making him look really bad. Lets see if I get a call back.

I had just purchased a used Subaru and came to pick it up two days later. When I got to the car, I couldn't get inside it because it wouldn't unlock with the key fob. I went inside the Serra Honda service area to seek assistance. It was raining outside and one of the Honda Service techs was able to get into the car to bring it to me. We discovered the key fob battery had died. So Chris Rogers took the time to take the key fob apart and replace the battery for me. He made sure the car started and that I was able to get on my way. Thanks to him for his assistance! This was a busy time in the morning for people to drop off vehicles for service and it was raining outside. I appreciate the great customer service!!!

I vowed a long time ago that I would never buy from a dealer again. Then I saw a must have used car on their lot I had to look at. They totally won me over with no pressure, fair trade value on my old car, and decent price on used car I wanted. Plus 3yrs free oil changes and nitro membership for tires. The anxiety of "the dealing with the dealership", is nonexistent when you deal here.

These folks help you take care of your car , they dont rob or take advantage quite the opposite, I find them to be consistent honest brokers over 7 years in these confusing days of lies
