Poage is the only service center I have used for the last 15 years. I usually get an appointment to have the oil changed within a week from the time that I call. I like to talk to Dan. I always wait, the accommodations are very nice. I had a surprise on my last bill, they rotated my tires without letting me know ahead of time. I left the next morning for 3 1/2 hour trip. I got out on the road and my right rear tire said too high. I had to stop & let the air out. I’m not sure this is what you wanted to hear. Please consider this a very minor complaint. I value all the service workers at Poage and will continue using their services.

Awesome experience, I dropped my car early am for a transfer case replacement. By 2 pm "the same day" Jim Lewis called me to tell me my car was finished. I've had a few Porsches, and I'll continue to buy them from Lober mostly because when something breaks they fix it right the first time.Thanks guys

Where do I start?!?!?!?! I was on my way from Des Moines, Iowa to the Chicago airport with my daughter and her friend. They are taking the trip of their lifetime to Bali, Indonesia. I drive a Ford Lightening. The App was incorrect about where I could charge. I had 21 miles left on my truck when I pulled into Rochelle with nowhere to charge!!!!! I saw the Prescott Brothers Ford Dealership and pulled in. They came to our rescue!!!!!!!!!!!! They not only let me charge my vehicle there (and keep it there during our trip), but they got the 3 of us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. I can not thank them enough. When I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, I will be driving to Rochelle and doing this from the Prescott Brothers. I will tell this story to everyone I know. They literally saved the day!

No one ever calls you back except for the salesman - barri

I have had my 2014 Dodge since August, and have had a couple of issues that no one seems to be worried about and to be honest they aren't the worst things to have happen but it's been in for service several times and the issue hasn't been resolved nor have I been told why my vehicle is doing this. Oh I've been given a lot of song and dance, and I do mean a lot of dance! But still no clear reason why this vehicle equipped with the same options my last 2 Dodge's had that never did this. 2 weeks ago one of the top "people" at the dealership came to talk to me while I was bring the vehicle in for service. I don't know who he was nor do I care who is was. He took me into this side I would call it back room to talk to me.. Strange enough to start with but why he took me here I wasn't sure nor did I like being in this room. Oh well, that being said this gentleman tells me he now has another vehicle doing the same thing. The vehicle try's to lock and unlock itself and flashes the tail lights and some times the headlights when you get the doors wet. It will even flash them if it rains real hard. Now this was the second person that was going to call me within a couple of days. The last time I had to call them back after 4 weeks. Now this gentleman was going to call me back either the Monday or Tuesday after I was in the service department. Now I haven't heard a word from them since. I have given everyone my cell number to contact me because I do travel for work and not always there to get all the messages. I feel that this dealership thinks I'm just going to go away and let this go. They are mistaken big time. Because the more time that passes the more this grates on me and the further I'm going to go till I get a positive answer on why someone would build a vehicle that has these issues without a fix. It would seem to me, now I'm just speaking about myself, if a car builder was building several models that have the same set up that within 4 or 5 years someone besides me would have had this issue and there would be a fix or that there would be a notice on the car, please don't get it wet because the lights will flash and we have no idea of how to fix it .
