My review is for the service department at Patrick Volvo. They could not give me an accurate quote for a standard 30K service for a 2019 XC40 I purchased new from them a little over 3 years ago. 4 different quotes. My Volvo app, tied to my vehicle, stated service was no cost. When I called to set up the appt for the service, I was quoted $340. I explained that the Volvo car app said it was a no cost maintenance. The person from the service dept told me they would check and get back to me. That did not happen. So today before driving 31 miles one way to the dealer, I called to try to confirm cost of service, if any. The person from service that answered this time, looked up my service appointment and vehicle and told me the only thing I would be charged for under standard 30k maintenance would be the tire rotation, which is $49.99. An hour later when I arrived at the dealership for my service appt I asked to confirm the price again as I had been quoted 3 different estimates for the standard maintenance service. This time the quote was just over $200 for the same 30K mile maintenance. I left the dealership without getting the service. it's not a ton of money, but felt this should have been easy. There must be a big disconnect somewhere in their service department if they cannot provide an accurate estimate for standard 30K maintenance on a 3 year old car. I would recommend this dealer to make a new car purchase- great sales team and management, but get your car serviced elsewhere.

An experience I won’t forgot, the service that me and my family received was great and fun. For my being my first time in a place like that and purchasing my first car it was an amazing first experience, thanks to Bob!!!

Radiator and battery replacement $1,070.00 - Carlisah

My car was leaking radiator fluid. I called PDR. and told them so. They set me up for an appointment on Jan 3. My Battery died before Jan 3. and I told them so. I told them that I would have my Saturn Relay towed to them about 15 mins late. They told me that they would replace the battery, radiator and  hoses for $1,070.00. I told them that I will have my car towed back to my house then the said I owed $225 for the estimate. They didn't mention diagnostic charge at any time and they didn't allow the towing company to take my car until I paid. They later brought it down to $197.00. Be aware if PDR  just looks at your car you're going to pay about $200.00 and average radiator replacement is about  $500 according to the internet.
