After our car threw a piston on I-55, and had to be flat-bedded to the closest Hyundai dealership, O'Brian's, we were unsure what to expect...but they have put all the stress to rest. We had to get a rental car from the Central Illinois airport due to the time of day, with all other dealerships & rental car places being closed. Constant updates kept us in the loop on what to expect next. They offered a loaner car after the news of how long it would take to get the necessary parts, and I drove up from my home in St Louis to return the rental and get the dealership loaner. Both Uber and Lyft had no cars running, but Joe (Service Dept) and Etta were so incredibly friendly, and without hesitation offered to follow me to the airport to drop off the rental car, and bring me back to get the dealership loaner. They have been in constant contact about the next steps with our vehicle, and are always friendly and able to answer all our questions. Chicagoland native here, who moved to St. Louis, and who was going to buy a Kia next time because it's a closer dealership for maintenance....however my next car WILL BE from O'Brien Hyundai and I'll happily make the drive to Central Illinois for any dealership work that needs to be done. Joe and Etta are both amazing, and because of those 2 staff members, I learned how the entire business runs....and O'Brien will have my business, and word-of-mouth in the future. A great team takes both the staff and the management to keep...and they have it all.

This dealership has all of the aspects of great customer service. I went to another dealership appointment made to address a fire hazard 'initial remedy' and the part wasn't on hand. I went to the Bloomington dealership whereupon the service and mechanic team applied the initial remedy recall fix in 10-15 minutes.

I have had Nissan for a dealership since we moved to Bloomington in 2008 and have always had good service. We have used their service area for all the maintenance on our cars and appreciate their notices for service times.

I had my service trucks serviced on 9/16/16. I had the oil / filter change and the fuel filter changed on our diesel, drove less then 100 miles and it burst into flames. What happened? It is a new truck that is completly stock and only been serviced by a dealer.

My car was crushed while it was under service in Patrick BMW 700 E Golf Rd Schaumburg, IL 60173 On 11/22/2022 I took my car for service; to Patrick's BMW (located at the above address), and they crushed its driver-side door pedal (pictures are attached) during the service. After letting her know, she said to bring the car to the shop again. So I took off from my job (and lost money), drove to the shop and in the end, they didn't even touch my car and told me, "sorry, come back another time"! She kept me waiting for 48 minutes and said," my manager is not here; you must wait or come back another time." Is this how you deal with your customer as a dealer? Why should I go back and forth for your mistakes? I work as an hourly worker, so how much more shall I lose to get my car fixed just because you made this trouble for me? We are still making payment for the car; My wife is pissed-off about what you guys did to our lovely car.

I really want to thank the guys in the service center for restoring my Mini Cooper. We have had it for 15 years. I love this car and it has a roof rack for my kayak that is exactly the same length as the car. We took it in for routine service and they found extensive rust in the undercarriage of front. After looking at what was available we decide to repair our beloved Mini. The service center was so cooperative and did a fantastic job of fixing the car and tightening up the entire car. Thanks so much.
