I bought a 2022 Mercedes new and experienced a multitude of error codes from the vehicle, one of which makes the steering pull to the right while driving among other issues. After receiving 3 different loner cars and months of trying to get the issues fixed the dealership told me they can not fix the issues this car has and I MUST return their loaner car to the dealership or they will file a stollen vehicle report and arrest me. I told them I don't want my car back if it is not fixed and we are now in the process of transferring the vehicle to a different dealership. I never received any communication about the status of my car through any of this which is not good and when I called to check on its status the manager told me he doesn't want to work on it. I then got the police involved to sort everything out and we are moving forward but the bottom line is this dealership lacks communication and the knowledge to fix the cars issues. Two separate issues now and they have basically told me they don't know how to fix it. The first issue got fixed with the steering wheel shaking over bumps but I had to tell their mechanics the cpu codes to fix that! I got on the Mercedes-Benz online forums and finally found the answer to educate their mechanics who are trained way more than I am and that took months too. Ridiculous! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, for anything. Period.

I have been to many Ford dealers for service and Mertz Ford in Millstadt is by far the best Service I have received. They not only perform the service needed but check everything they can to make sure your safe. And the kindness and caring they show towards you to make sure your pleased with the service. Rickey & Kyle are not only knowledgeable of the cars but will make sure your satisfied with the service as well as doing anything more to be of help and you leave satisfied. I have been to a few Ford dealers for service and I thank God I found Mertz Ford. A definate KEEPER!!! And my Service Dog Gideon, found his girlfriend there LOL. Shelby, the Mertz Ford mascot!

Service Exceeded Expectations - Zob

I needed a part ordered and a few minor paint touch ups for a 10 Mustang GT. Mertz Ford GM Mike Rich suggested I bring it in and have their paint tech look it over and see what can be done. Paint touch ups are difficult, but I was very pleased with the results. The process took less than an hour. I also ordered a new battery cover a few days before and I was able to pick it up the same day the paint was repaired. Great service and excellent results. Appreciate the help.
