The technician Mitch Moore, found some things that did not need to be done even though other people including me said needed to be done saving me money. I have bought 2 cars from there and my wife and her family more than 3. We are always given great customer service.

Especially during this unsettling pandemic time, it was nice to know that the car had been cleaned and the window left open for ventilation. A few months back I took my vehicle into this dealership to have an extended service, allowing the service manager to drive my vehicle home. My vehicle was returned full of animal hair which I am allergic to. They attempted to blame the issue on a really old cabin air filter however regardless of how old it was, it never caused me problems before. So for a few months I had to suffer with allergies every time I drove my vehicle due to negligence on their service. The Manager attempted to have my vehicle cleaned however I didn't solve the problem. This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with a dealership.

So about a 1 1/2 ago I took my car to this dealership in alsip becuase my engine light came in. Sam, from the serivce department infrom me that I needed a new motor long block because the coolant was leaking. However, about a year ago it was the same issue with the engine where the coolant and oil was mixing. It was a manufacturing issue and they were suppose to put a new engine in but decided to replace a part of it. That was in the ford dealership in 9809 Indianapolis Blvd Highland, IN 46322. That's when I learn from Sam that Ford tells them what to replace and not to replace. Yesterday I called this Ford Dealership in Alsip because my engine light came on again and now I'm hearing nosies while I'm driving. Oscar, in the service department is the one i spoke to and he said that sometimes with these sensors they don't pick up things until later. The thing is i take care my vheicle , its 2018 ford escape with about 39,600 miles on it. So its not dogged out. It really seems that alot corners are being cut to save them money and things are not being checked. And that's going to cost me money and to having to constantly keep coming back. So hopefully this can be address soon

Brought my older 17 year old P2 Volvo in for service, Anna and Mark were great ! Service Department repairs were made with good communication. Parts were ordered and in stock ready to go. My car was cleaned and ready to go with no problems at all. I am very happy with the service I received. Great Parts Department also. looking forward to when I bring my next Volvo in for Service.
