Our car has set at this lot since Nov. 10, 2021. Today is 2/26/2022 and we still do not have our car back. After originally being told it would be a couple of weeks before they could get the car into shop, it ended up being over a month before they even pulled the car into shop. Over a month AFTER that, we received a phone call from Mark in the service department informing us that a technician has wrecked a car into our car. He downplayed the amount of damage that was done (it turned out to be $8,900 worth of damage), and he assured us that they would pay for the repairs in full. Two days later, after car had been there for over 2 months we were notified the extended warranty work had finally been approved, and the car would be getting a new engine. We were told 2-3 days for parts delivery. This ended up taking more than 2 weeks. Now we are at 3 1/2 + months, and we are told the car had been taken to body shop for repairs. They had pre-ordered the parts so work could begin as soon as the engine was replaced. After a couple of days, Mark in service dept tells us that the body shop had ended up needing to order a couple more parts. At this point we call the body shop for estimated time of repair. Imagine our surprise when the body shop informs us they are still waiting on approval from Kunes insurance company to perform the work! Now we've received a call from Nicole with their insurance company stating that they will not cover these repairs, that we will have to file a claim with our own insurance company! Our car was in their care, custody and control. They assured us they were covering these repairs. They lied to us multiple times! I have never received such terrible customer service. As a business owner myself, I'm disgusted at the way they have treated us!
