Absolutely disgusting treatment by Mike Chino, Ken Lew and Kyle Copeland with Gerald Service Department. In the last 6 months, my vehicle has needed a replacement motor, motor mounts, coil packs, transmission and transmission mounts. It is still broken, but the dealership is lying and saying there was an "incident" and they refuse to service my vehicle which is still under warranty. The only "incident" was that three of their employees, including Kyle and Ken, aggressively approached me regarding my concerns, unnecessarily escalating an already bad situation. My car has been in the shop on average of every 1500 miles for major repairs for the last four years. The service department is incompetent, dishonest, and incredibly rude. Do yourself a favor and go to Napleton, you won't get quality service from Gerald. You will get lied to, bullied and harassed. If you are looking to purchase, stay far away from Hyundai and the Gerald Group, unless you want to be treated like dirt. They do not value you as a customer.
