Buss Ford Service Sucks!!!
Service Advisor does not communicate. I brought my car in for a warranty repair on Friday 9/6. . No word from advisor regarding status until 4:00 via at text that the car would not be ready until Monday 9/9. On 9/9 I texted the advisor asking for a reply and confirmation that I did not want the cabin filter repair hinges replaced as he texted me the dash need to be pulled. I called at noon and was told the car would be ready by close of business. When asked what that meant he told me 5:00. At 4:00 PM I was at the dealership only to find my car dashboard, seats and all electronics were on the floor. The advisor was going to call me later in the day to tell me it was delayed. He could not and would not give specifics as to the nature of the repair and time to resolve. THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS !!!! Advisor is Derrick, service manager came out to talk but could not explain poor communications.
