I took my Bentley to a performance shop to have my engine light repaired. They quoted me $3,500.00 to replace catalytic converter. I asked is my 2007 Bentley still covered by a warranty - they said no. I left and called Bentley Downers Grove and spoke to Tom B. I explain my problem he told me to bring it in and he will provided a loaner vehicle. He inspected my Bentley and called and told me my Catalytic Converter is a part that is covered by my 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty .Tom ordered the parts and my Bentley was completed the next day

I was traveling from Nevada to Chicago, just as I crossed the Illinois border at 11 pm at night my engine light came on my 2017 Bentley and I had no acceleration. I called Bentley Roadside they said they will only be able to pick up the Bentley and hold it until the next day. I explained to them I need a loaner vehicle tonight to get to my meeting in time the following morning. Bentley Roadside put in contact with the Service Manager Tom from Bentley Gold Coast. I explained to him my situation and he sent a flatbed that night with a loaner vehicle for me to drive. They picked up my Bentley and I was able to make to my meeting in the morning. I picked up my Bentley the following day and able to complete my travels on time. That is what I call Bentley Service at it's finest.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and had a problem with it less then 2 months after I bought it. I took it back to the dealership to have it looked at. The service guy did not want to talk to me, he ignored me and delt with my father, dispite my attempts to talk to him. The service man told me that he never buys used cars, and that buying used cars is just buying other peoples problems. "People don't get rid of good cars." Even though it had just been through their shop and I was told it was in good shape. They fixed the problem $300 later. <br>Less then 1 year after I bought the car and had it repaired, there was a recall for the same problem. The dealership gave me the runaround about re-imbersing me for the repair, even though Pontiac said they should be. I even spoke with the owner himself and he all but told me I was an Idiot. The only good people I delt with there was the sales-man who has since left to go to another dealership in town.<br><br>A formal complaint was filed with Pontiac and GM!
