Had my car serviced. They have a valet service that picks up your car and drops it off from and to home. I think Gerald should promote this service more as some of us busy people may not have the time to bring the car in or think we need to make the time to bring it in. This service helps. It also goes without saying that the service team (Larry) has been great!

We recently had our Highlander serviced. I understand the construction, but as many notifications we received you could at least explain the drive thru procedure. Most everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. My main concern with Green is the smell in your dealership. It burns my eyes and gives me a headache. I thought it was just the Toyota building, but we had to wait next door at Audi building. Same smell!!! Not sure how your employees handle it. It’s toxic! I have smelled this air freshener before in a casino trying to cover the smoke smell. Please consider changing this smell. Service took less time than we were told, which is awesome.

I thought I would have them look over my car because I had taken it to Firestone and they were not sure how to fix my car. Friendly Ford had done a free alignment check as soon as I got in and could address the problem and gave me some direction in which I could go to fix my situation.
