I always have an excellent experience at Jack Phelan service department. Jason was my service person and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was called to come in 1/2 hr earlier than scheduled, which made me very happy and was taken as soon as I walked in. Oil change was done in approx 30 mins.

They did the oil change as requested, We have had an ongoing problem with the escape since we bought it 2 years ago After the car has been sitting when you back up the brakes squeal whether they are wet or not. It has done this since the day we bought it. We have mentioned it several times when serviced and the last time we were in last week they told us it was a problem with the escape. I've had a lot of cars with disc brakes and none have ever done this on a cosistent basis like this. Very disappointed in Roberts Ford.
