My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. They promptly got to work on my car (oil change and tire rotation). Because my car just turned 30,000 miles, I was informed that additional services were recommended, but I turned them down. All services would have been good, but only one was recommended in the owners manual. There was zero pressure by the service manager to complete the additional things. I paid my bill and was on my way. Kudos to the Green Mazda service department.
