My new salesperson was in a rush to make the sale, and the manager never came out to say hello or congrats on the purchase. Just got our first Lexus, the whole process was very smooth with no price haggle. Robert Pesce was immensely helpful, he understood what we were looking far and we were able to get the right vehicle in a short time despite it being in high demand. We forgot a few things in our old car that we traded, Robert mailed those to our home. Very happy and satisfied. So immensely grateful to Robert Pesce for his kindness.

They promise to call back, and never do. You can't get ahold of a manager if you try. Awful experience. Brand new car has major issue and they don't even care - out of sight, out of mind. We have been very nice and understanding trying to fix this issue with a brand new car, but they haven't done a single thing they have promised to help us resolve the issue. Lip service and lies. Had we known this, we would have purchased from another Lexus dealership. RUN!!

From Abe the GM to Adam the Finance Manager, their staff is so friendly, helpful, & passionate about the Lexus brand. A special shout out to Thom our Sales Consultant who ALWAYS treats us like a member of his family. He always greets us with a smile and handshake (or hug in my wife’s case) and he is so easy and fun to deal with.
