They promise to call back, and never do. You can't get ahold of a manager if you try. Awful experience. Brand new car has major issue and they don't even care - out of sight, out of mind. We have been very nice and understanding trying to fix this issue with a brand new car, but they haven't done a single thing they have promised to help us resolve the issue. Lip service and lies. Had we known this, we would have purchased from another Lexus dealership. RUN!!

Sometimes, a 5 star review doesn't tell the story. Our experience at Lexus of Peoria started out with their Sales Consultant, Evan Ford. What a blessing to meet someone that cared about pleasing the customer and representing his employer with pride. His personal attention and commitment to make the deal with us on a RX350 that we wanted, was a breath of fresh air. A friendly friendship developed and it was a business transaction with no surprises. Evan introduced us to two of his teammates, Becky Grant and Scott Saver. They too, made our car purchase experience a pleasurable event with their expertise and customer service first attitude. I think we would score 15 stars.......5 each for Evan, Becky, and Scott.
