This dealer is only interested in racking up numbers. I was interested in their new IS500 and made an appointment to make a deposit on one. They sent several emails to me to confirm my appointment and I confirmed all of them. About 30 minutes before my appointment they called me indicating that they sold the car to someone else. The sales consultant did not even offer to order the car for me until the next day, but it was the general manager who did it. Lexus, especially the Arlington location, has put a bad taste in my month and they had lost a new customer. This would have been my first Lexus, but the transaction never happened. They had lost a potential repeat customer. I eventually went to a competitor where I decided to spend a little more to get a better car as well as superior customer service. Buyer beware with Lexus of Arlington.

Such a great experience from top to bottom. This is our 8th Lexus we have purchased from Lexus of Peoria and we are always treated like royalty. From Abe the GM to Adam the Finance Manager, their staff is so friendly, helpful, & passionate about the Lexus brand. A special shout out to Thom our Sales Consultant who ALWAYS treats us like a member of his family. He always greets us with a smile and handshake (or hug in my wife’s case) and he is so easy and fun to deal with.
