Jeep was cleaned up when we arrived to test drive and with a full tank of fuel. After deciding to purchase, since we were paying in cash, took a total of maybe 15 min. So far, no surprises on the vehicle. Very satisfied.

Traveling from Indiana to Mississippi on 57 South we has a the lug nuts and wheel come loose. It was about 2:00 pm and we were needing to find a place to work the vehicle in so we could get the repair done and back on our way. We searched the internet and used the Garmin and found a tow service. The tow service was from a small shop that couldn't fix the car until the next day and that would mean a overnight stay and pay for another motel room, one was already paid for at our destination. The garmin lead us to Linwood Motors and the internet gave us the phone number. Chad answered the call and said when the tow truck picked us up on the interstate we would be about hour and half out but he would work us in. When we arrived at Linwood they worked us in and we were on our way by 5:00. They were kind and very understanding about our situation. They have a verky nice facility and I was impressed with the way they treated others who walked in while we were they.

Contacted Nikles of Petersburg and got a response first thing the next morning. A couple days later I went and test drove the vehicle and purchased it too. Doug was excellent to work with! I’ll be back to purchase from him again.

Spent most of a Saturday morning waiting on our trade-in numbers. Finally he came back in and offered below" rough" trade- in prices. They price the vehicles below book value and expect you to take a beating on your trades. If the car is worth a specific price, why not just ask the price instead of playing games with people???Nothing like insulting the people that keep your lights on!
