Shout out to Darrel Griffey and his service staff. On a road trip west from Colorado, noticed a concerning noise coming from our 2019 Chevy Colorado truck. After overnight in Pocatello we stopped into Cole Chevrolet and Darrel was most kind to arrange test drive and assess the issue for us, even though their service department was backed up with other customers. During the month of October, 2012, I had the privilege to work with Randy at Lithia Body and Paint in Boise, Idaho. The passenger mirror on my vehicle had been damaged at Metro Car Wash in Boise. Brent, the manager of Metro Car Wash immediately took the claims report and forwarded the information to Lithia Body and Paint. Within a day, I was called to Lithia to determine the extent of the damage. Although the damage was minor, Randy at Lithia took the claim seriously and ordered parts for my vehicle. As soon as the parts came in, I was immediately scheduled for a show-up, not an extended appointment date, and the damage was repaired to my satisfaction. Randy was extremely helpful throughout the process and treated me as if this was a major repair for his company. There was no cost to me during this process. Brent called several times to ensure the work had been done to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the response from Brent at Metro Car Wash and Randy with Lithia Body and Paint. Both are professionals and a credit to their businesses. I would recommend both services in the future.

No guarantee on work no customer service - Frustrated

I had a mechanical problem with my RV while passing through Salmon, Idaho. The Repairs they conducted on my RV failed after less than 500 miles. When I tried to get issue resolved they said there was no guarantee and nothing could be done. What? Engine they worked on is a Ford engine; they are a Ford dealer! They have now refused to return my calls leaving me stranded as the result of their incompetent repair job. I don't know what's more frustrating; lack of competent repair or complete lack of customer service! Giving them 1 star is overrating them. If I had an option I would give them a zero! A zero rating for zero service.

Had to stop into this dealership on our way out from Oregon to Nashville on the 2nd day of our trip pulling our 5th wheel trailer during the first week August 2020. We had some issues with our 2003 Chevy Silverado 3500 6.6 duramax diesel blowing excessive smoke and lost power. We pulled off the freeway and found an RV park in nearby Wendell on a Saturday. Called the dealership and talked to Alex Birch, one of the service advisors. He said they could look at it Monday morning. I was able to disconnect by trailer and drive the truck to the dealer on Monday around 8:00am and Alex was able to get me in right away. So, I went and had some breakfast down the street. About 45 minutes to an hour later, Alex called to tell me the bad news, and that was, I had some of my injectors that were bad, which is one of the few pitfalls of this truck from 2001-2004. Even though my truck has just 80,000 miles, it was unfortunately out of service coverage. Alex let me talk to Matt Bridges, the shop foreman who gave me a detailed explanation of the problem after he did an injector balance test. Luckily, they had the parts in stock and Matt was able to start work on my truck right away. He had my truck done by 4:30pm, so we were able to get back on the road on Tuesday morning and I could certainly tell the difference in my trucks performance right away. They were able to drive me back to the RV park and pick me back up later that afternoon with their shuttle service while they worked on the vehicle. Thankfully, we were only down for 2.5 days and that was because it all started on a Saturday and we had to wait a day and half for the service shop to reopen. Thanks Alex and Matt for great service and getting us back on the road so quickly. We are now back home and have logged 4,200 miles since the service and my truck is running great.
