I normally don't leave review, but I feel this needs to be shared. I recently brought in my brand new 2025 vehicle for service at Smith Honda, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician made a clear mistake by making a cut for the roof rails he was installing in the wrong part of my car. Instead of being up front about it, they initially tried to hide the damage with electrical tape - on a brand new vehicle. I was shocked to discover they were prepared to send me home with it in that condition, without saying a word. They did fix it once i brought it up to them, but that included another trip back to the dealer for 4 hours. I get mistakes happen, but you would think a dealer would let you know and have a plan to fix it. Putting electrical tape over the mistake and hoping the customer doesn't see it is unbelievable!
