This visit was for a factory recall issue and an oil change. The recall work went fine, however, this is the 2nd straight time that I had an oil spot under my truck on my concrete garage floor. This isn’t a leak, it’s from not properly cleaning the excess oil around the oil filter after replacing it. Poor workmanship.

Tried scamming me out of 1k on our verbal agreement. When caught the salesman was incredibly rude over the phone yelling "you're just confused" at me. Asked them to send me my original sales agreement and they "lost it because it wasn't important" even though they're required to keep it up to five years. That document was proof they tried stealing from me and they conveniently "lost it". Ended up refunding me the money back, essentially admitting to guilt. Truck ended up having a bunch of metal shavings in the fluid and they didn't repair other issues they said they would fix with the vehicle either. Highly unprofessional, this would have been my third vehicle purchased with them I can only imagine how they treat new clients. Will never purchase from them again.

Bought a new to me pickup. They gave a good price on my teade in. They worked with me to get a deal that was acceptable to me. Quayd Jones was a very good salesman to work with as was the local manager. I would recommend Rob Green if you are looking for a new vehicle.
