Last week while I was out of town I got a call from the mechanic saying that my transmission was out of commission and it would be around $6,000 to fix. I thought I was cooked. $6,000 is what I paid for the car and it wasn’t even at 100,000 miles yet. I called Nissan to see what my options are and Emma and Shaylee helped me so much. They accepted my Sentra for a trade. I was able to upgrade to a 2021 Hyundai Tucson with less than 40,000 miles! They gave me a fantastic deal!! They turned what started as a very stressful week into a really positive experience! I’m so grateful for everything they did for me!

Addendum to previous review. Well they apparently saw my review and the next day Alex called me in an effort to have me remove or upgrade the review. He told me he could get me my money back from the unwanted and worthless Dennis Dillon App but I would need to sign a good faith agreement and pull the reviews. I refused, so the general manager Joey called and left a message and I returned the call but didn’t answer so I left a message. Since then no call back or message from them. Unbelievable.

Tried scamming me out of 1k on our verbal agreement. - Michelangelo

Tried scamming me out of 1k on our verbal agreement. When caught the salesman was incredibly rude over the phone yelling "you're just confused" at me. Asked them to send me my original sales agreement and they "lost it because it wasn't important" even though they're required to keep it up to five years. That document was proof they tried stealing from me and they conveniently "lost it". Ended up refunding me the money back, essentially admitting to guilt. Truck ended up having a bunch of metal shavings in the fluid and they didn't repair other issues they said they would fix with the vehicle either. Highly unprofessional, this would have been my third vehicle purchased with them I can only imagine how they treat new clients. Will never purchase from them again.

Bought a new to me pickup. They gave a good price on my teade in. They worked with me to get a deal that was acceptable to me. Quayd Jones was a very good salesman to work with as was the local manager. I would recommend Rob Green if you are looking for a new vehicle.
