My salesman was Noah. He was very nice to deal with. They had a truck I wanted for a fair price. My only complaint was that there were different managers that were involved and each contradicted each other causing a lot of confusion for me.

On 11/08/24 we had our 2015 GMC One ton towed in to Hirning GMC at midnight and left in yard. We were out of town and did not know were to go .The next morning I called at 9;00 to check on truck and I was told they already had truck started and were charging battery. They sent a courtesy car to pick us up at hotel. We asked for bill when we got to dealership and they said there was no charge because they did not do anything. After all that they helped me hook up fifth wheel trailer and sent me on my way. You are very fortunate to have such a nice dealership in your town.

I had to take my 2019 RAM 3500 into service for a recall and batteries were acting up. Meet with Evan in Service at the Caldwell Dennis Dillion and he had everything checked out and serviced. I had mentioned that I was unable to get my phone to pair and work in the truck anymore too, and in past visits I was told that it was an update issue and it was nothing they could do about it. Evan however took a look at it and was able to adjust the settings to allow the phone to "mirror" in the truck again and got it working again. There is still an issue with the truck software and my phone from time to time disconnecting, But Evan was able to get my phone paired and mirrored to the truck screen again and he took the time to show my how he did it in case it happens again. He has been the best service guy I have worked with yet. I really appreciate Evan taking the time to show me and fix it.

I had the pleasure of working with sales person Thomas West. I have purchased over 25 cars over 30 years and have never received high quality customer service like I did from Thomas. I inquired on line about a used F-150 that was priced better than any other pickup I could find. Thomas immediately called me and asked if I had questions and wanted to know how he and Young could earn my business. Thomas took about 25 pictures of the pickup for me. The dealership is located about 35 miles from my home. The next day I told Thomas that i recently had knee replacement and could not make it into the dealership. Thomas said no problem and brought the pickup to my home for me to inspect and test drive. We made a deal on the vehicle in my home. Thomas’s sales manager Hunter was on the phone with us and deal approved! Luis did paperwork with me over the phone going past 7:00 pm. Pickup was cleaned and delivered to my home this morning, documents signed and a done deal. All this orchestrated by Thomas and him understanding that my sore knee prevented me from coming to the dealership. I can not say enough good things about Thomas and Young Automotive. Easiest experience I have had in purchasing a.vehicle!

This visit was for a factory recall issue and an oil change. The recall work went fine, however, this is the 2nd straight time that I had an oil spot under my truck on my concrete garage floor. This isn’t a leak, it’s from not properly cleaning the excess oil around the oil filter after replacing it. Poor workmanship.

Make sure to have any used cars you purchase here checked out well before you buy them. I purchased a used car here and the transmission went out and ended up having all sorts of other issues just 3 months after I purchased it. Unfortunately, when I contacted the dealership about this they were not willing to work with me, but offered me half of what I owed on the vehicle, if I got it fixed first. Also, make sure that any extra warranty you purchase through the dealership that you ask them if there are any caps on the amount that the warranty covers, as this was not disclosed to me either.

The staff at Quality Motors was terrific. They were courteous, informative, and very speedy in getting me in and out of the door quickly. Very friendly. They are really far away from us, but my wife commented that when she replaces her vehicle she'd like to use them despite the distance from us. More importantly than all this, I sensed that they were honest.
