Had no intention of buying a Chevy. - Holeshot2020

Had no intention of buying a Chevy. Was set to buy a Toyota tundra limited, but wanted to test drive the 3.0 duramax trail boss LT. I knew that the truck was priced more than the Toyota so didn’t want to waste time sitting down to discuss it but I did anyhow. So between Gustavo Ceron, salesman. Teddy who test drove my trade with me in it, who also delivered the offer , and Amber who worked the finance details I drove away with a wonderful 2025 truck. All in all it was a no hassle pleasant experience. Gustavo toured me through the service department and the maintenance shop all of which were extremely clean and organized. While all the details were being worked out I went outside and hung out , while there visited with another friendly guy named Josh who worked there. I’m impressed with this dealership. Thanks to Gustavo, Amber, Teddy for everything. Great people!

Shout out to Darrel Griffey and his service staff. On a road trip west from Colorado, noticed a concerning noise coming from our 2019 Chevy Colorado truck. After overnight in Pocatello we stopped into Cole Chevrolet and Darrel was most kind to arrange test drive and assess the issue for us, even though their service department was backed up with other customers. Yeah, he loaded a 3500 Duramax on a trailer and drove it to me 240+ miles away. Pretty awesome. Thanks Bob!

The staff at Quality Motors was terrific. They were courteous, informative, and very speedy in getting me in and out of the door quickly. Very friendly. They are really far away from us, but my wife commented that when she replaces her vehicle she'd like to use them despite the distance from us. More importantly than all this, I sensed that they were honest.

I hate shopping for cars. I do most of my homework online before I ever set foot in a dealership. When I had my list of cars I wanted to look at, I set out to several stores to look at and drive each one of them. After two visits to other dealerships (one of which I will NEVER return to ) I went to Kim Hansens. The salesman I met at Kim Hansens (Nathan) was by far the friendliest and least pushy of all of them. I get that a guy has to make a sale in order to get paid, but I think that sale has to be earned through trust. When I told the guys at Kim Hansens that I needed to think about it overnight, they understood and didn't try those tacky lines you see all the time on TV that slimy salesman use to get you to "buy today." Two days later, I was signing papers and drove away with my new car. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance.
