We came to the Acura dealership on a Sunday at noon with little to no hope of finding what we were looking for after multiple disappointing and exhausting encounters with car salespeople who would try to sell us what we did not ask about. They would not even listen to what we were looking for. We were casually greeted by Bob Hampton the minute we walked into the Acura dealership. Two hours later, we drove home after making a purchase of our dream car. We did not feel uncomfortable, pressured or rushed. The entire process was smooth and fun.
