Very poor Customer Service, Repair Department. #1 Girls in the Service office couldn't be bothered, like I was taking them away from their busy time talking story, that was the 1st time. #2 Had to do my own customer service follow up if parts were in yet for the repair, when they clearly said, "we'll call you"; but didn't mean it obviously as they did not. #3 Had appt, and like deer in headlights "what?; why you here?" bad experience, bummer I'm forced to deal with them because of factory warranty's.
