As an old car guy for many years I have learned to be - budstage3

As an old car guy for many years I have learned to be careful when buying or trading my autos. When I found a BMW 850i at Gravity in Georgia, I did some due diligence and decided to trade my limited edition MB AMG GTS with these folks and have not regretted the transaction at all. I dealt with GM Arnaldo and he chose Destiny for me as the sales person who would work closely on the transaction. They both get 5 stars for dealing with a former Porsche concours judge who drove them crazy on details. We all survived the deal and are still friends. In summary this dealer and their employees are outstanding in all areas and I would give them a hearty recommendation to anyone who wants to buy or trade their vehicle. After thinking about it, I would give them 10 stars, not 5 stars! Bud in SC

Scott Creel is an angel on earth. We were treated so well and we were helped with more than just buying a car. Scott truly cares about the people he is helping. I will always recommend him to everyone I know who has special needs in a van. Great Experience!!!!!

paid In full for car. no tag or title yet - Furious hertz customer

Paid for my car in full. No financing. Obviously no one at this location knows how to do the sell of a vehicle correctly. They didn't hesitate to take my check to the bank. But didn't have a good reason why, after 2&1/2 mos, I still do not have my tag or my title. All I've gotten is excuses. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They didn't contact me about it,,,,I had to contact them. I definitely do NOT recommend hertz to anyone.

Great service and Great deals available!! - Truck Happy

Bought my first truck from Keen Motors and they made sure everything was all up to date and ready to drive off the lot to my satisfaction. Great customer service and friendly staff to work with. I would highly recommend this dealer to everyone!! Thanks for the great TRUCK!!!

Good service. Not pushy, salesmen were honest and straightforward about the truck. Price was reasonable. Would go back.

Dishonest Dealer - Docgooden

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy from Marietta Auto Mart or Luxury Auto Mart ( They are both owned/run by the same people). Especially do not deal with Finance Manager Joe Marek. DO NOT Trust Them!!!! Stay Away!!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress and hassle. They are extremely dishonest. I do not want what happened to me happen to anyone else. I now have to take them to court. I cannot believe a business would conduct business like this and have the owner accept this type of unscrupulous behavior. Please do your self a favor and find a reputable car dealer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I want to warn everyone I can.

Over all I think they are great people but could be a little more friendly. It could be just a personality issue with me and I admit that. They have always done everything they said they will do and the vehicle I bought is fantastic!! Out of a 1-10 scale I would give them a 7+

Robert was awesome! - acarroll17

Robert was awesome! So helpful and prompt in his responses during my experience with McMar. I would recommend them to anyone needing a car fast and for a good price.

These guys are awesome. - jamaljones927

These guys are awesome. I came in and test-drove the truck I was looking at and was riding home that night. Mike and Mark both were very helpful and made me and my boys feel welcome.

E *BUYERS BEWARE* It is truly shameful, that... - sweetmama44

E *BUYERS BEWARE* It is truly shameful, that businesses are allowed to stay in business with unethical, immoral and simply janky practices. My husband and I are a young, hard working couple with three very young children. Our income is as such, that a car payment or reputable used car dealership isn't an option right now. But we needed reliable transportation. So we decided to buy our first family van from here. For starters, as others have stated...they have staff or dealers pose as potential bidders only to jack prices way up...then because this place is so far from the core of most cities, they figure ppl will be too mentally and emotionally invested in leaving with something. Which is exactly what we did. We bid $1700 on a 2003 Chevy venture and once all psaa fees/taxes, we were out of $2200. So fast forward to next day, yes next...yes next day...I go to start this piece of junk, and it revs up way too high, jolts and starts accelerating on it's own. I mention this to husband and this is the beginning of end. By day two, van starts sputtering and cutting off. This has been a nightmare. Every single day and I do mean everyday...this van has cut off and or completely leaked all coolant. Most recently, it has started smoking so profusely under the hood, we've had no choice but to park it. We have had an exhaust leak fixed, mass air meter replaced, throttle sesnsor adjusted...and to no avail. We also just paid $379 to have all new tires installed after, I was nearly killed during a dangerous blow out on 85 south. Which btw, the van had mix matched tires. We recently learned that the smoking was likely due to a vacuum leak, and had a new hose installed in meantime. But because we found out this morning, that to simplt pin point this problem, it would be $100 an hour plus diagnostic...we have decided to cut our expensive loses. If you value your families safety and your hard earned money...pls stay far, far Far...FAR away from here. You'd be better off saving up money and catching Marta, atleast until you can afford something with a warranty.

very poor customer service - jdgreen9775

me and my mother n law went to this place on monday 8-15/16 to look at a volvo listed as i quote out of the wrapper no scratches outside or inside and first off it had a huge dent in the roof as well as numerous scratches on the outside the inside had cigarette burns in the seat and the doors dash and rest of interior had paint peeling off everywhere it was far from the add description and thats just the beginning upon test driving it we found that the transmission was slipping horribly although that still did not run us off we were told that it would be looked at by a transmission shop that day and we would receive a call well guess what no call i than text and called several times on tuesday with no return calls i again attempted today being wednesday from a different phone only making this many attempts because my mother n law really liked this car mike answered and said he would call right back once he knew it was me several hours later when he still hadnt called back i called him again only to be hung up on i than text to ask why he had done so with no response now keep in mind i showed up on monday with his asking price cash in hand and was very polite throughout this entire ordeal so the moral of my story here is dont waste your time on there junk they apparently are trying to pawn off other peoples issues on good paying people than when you catch on they dont return phone calls very unprofessional people and will never receive any of my or my customers business.

It is perfect for our family and exactly...actually, even better than what I was hoping to find. I felt like I was buying a car from family...that's how great I was treated which is, to say the least, incomparable to the dealership experience I remember when we bought our last car a few years ago.

Got. - Kerry

Got. The car I want! Seem to be knowledgeable about autos and I'm looking forward to their finance knowledge.

Excellent customer service! - Tony2014

Love the atmostphare friendly staff. the cars are clean and they have great price. I came in looking for a new car because mine was dead and they were able to help me out and put me a new car The process was easy with my pre-approval.

The dealership experience was horrible. They are the cheapest of cheapskates out there. Having told me that they would detail my car and fill up the gas tank on delivery date, THEY DID NEITHER! Took the check from the bank the other day and asked for a courtesy car wash in their service center ... which was promptly declined. The dealership is a sad place with practically no customers there ... only reason i even ventured there was they were offering a good price on the vehicle i bought. The finance manager was particularly ill-mannered and definitely needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I will not be surprised if this dealership goes down by this time next year.

I purchased a truck online and it was the first time I - Avery

I purchased a truck online and it was the first time I have ever made such a large purchase sight unseen. They delivered the truck promptly and the whole transaction was pretty much flawless! There was a small issue once the truck was delivered, however, they jumped right on it and rectified it immediately!! Without a doubt, this dealer went above and beyond what would be expected. It was a pleasure working with them and I would certainly trust them to purchase another vehicle in the future. There aren’t enough good things I could say about Selective Cars! There should be no question about their quality and integrity!
