JDByrider is Great but not CNAC - T. Voigt
I had a very positive experience with the dealership. My salesman Jose was professional and was a class act from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was awesome and helpful. Polite, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
It wasn't until I had to deal with the finance company, CNAC, did I have a negative experience. I have had a loan with them for 3 weeks now and from the due date of the first payment it has been one big unprofessional nightmare. The first payment included a charge for insurance which I personally already had procurred elsewhere and had notified them of. However their fax machine was broken and they failed to receive the correspondance from my insurance company so they charged me. Even after providing proof of insurance dating back to the date of purchace of the vehicle they initially refused to issue credit. It wasn't until I offered the option of returning the vehicle did they grant the credit which took a week and me contacting my bank to finally get. The team lead that I spoke to, Yvette Cervantez, was very unprofessional, condesending, arguemenative, rude, and kept interrupting me and trying to talk over me.
In edition to that fiasco, I now have to call, per the REQUIREMENT of the CNAC representative (not per my contract) every month to confirm that they have recieved confirmation of my proof of insurance. It is an inconvienence and hassel. I feel as though my responsibility is completed once my payments have been made on time every due date. My insurance company automatically notifies of my status as well. I shouldn't have to call and verify that they have checked their email or if their fax machine is up and running. I do not work for them and they should treat me like a customer. I'm very regretfull that I chose to deal with this company and would strongly advise against it to anyone with other options.
