I understand issues can happen with a used car, but I've had a great EV experience twice now with BMVW, plus no extra dealer/prep/doc fees. 8 years ago I bought a Nissan Leaf there (of about 40 in inventory) that was just off lease and looked like new, at a really low price and fair trade-in for my damaged Acura TL. Drove it for 8 years no real issues, but battery range had declined and by chance met Mohsen at an EV event. Realized the connection so came in and drove a nice blue used Tesla 3 (among ~10 he had). He offered a great price + fair trade for my now dinged up old Leaf. Mike was helpful in the decision/comparison process again, and Mohsen has been awesome in the charger acquisition & install process; his estream charger business made it easy. I would definitely say look at their inventory online and come down, there's no sales hassle and having no extra dealer fees due to the low overhead is really refreshing too!

The sales representative was pretty informative and helpful so I went in for a test drive. The experience was great! the car was in great condition and the price was very reasonable. They worked with my credit union and now Im a happy owner of a Mercedes! Definitely recommend them

STAY AWAY!!! Emmitt Walker, owner of Motorvation Atlanta will sell you a vehicle with major safety issues and refuse to do anything about it. The lack of communication & professional by Ieashia, in charge of post sale issues, Is a complete fail. They sold a 2019 Silverado with lug nuts missing on every wheel, left tail light out, camper shell brake light out, loose muffler, interior electrical issues, and a backup camera that is non operational. Even better, after 5 emails & 5 phone calls, including my repair order from a reputable repair center being emailed to them, THEY OFFERED ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE IN THE EXPENSE OF THE REPAIRS AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE! I've purchased over 25 vehicles in my life, Motorvation Atlanta has been the absolute worst ever!!! Don't purchase their issues, stay away!!! Marvin H. Johns Creek, GA

I bought a vehicle from sales associate Glen. He was very pleasant and personable. I love that he was a man of faith and that truly showed in his humble personality. I will say I haven’t had the best experience with the service department. They are not very pleasant and tried to charge me to look some of my concern after only buying the vehicle a couple months ago. They draw you in with free oil changes for life and the prices of the other routine maintenance are pricier than other service centers, must be trying to compensate for the free of charge services.

Terrible car repair service. - David

Terrible car repair service. Did not address my issue or listen to my suggestion and $800.00 later problem not fixed. Pretty sure there excuse was a lie. Every other diagnostics test showed 2 emission faults including there's 1 year earlier but they said that didn't show on there computer and that they fixed the fault that did. Now they want to keep the car for 2 weeks and change a bunch of gaskets hoping 1 of them is the issue. I told them there is a known test to diagnose precisely where the issue is. They know nothing about they said they are experts and know what they are doing. Clearly they are not. I was told they are crooks I should have listened.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I initially reached out to this dealership on Monday, December 19 inquiring on a pre-owned 2020 Range Rover Sport that was listed for sale on their website. The representative continued to forward me to the sales department for over 10 minutes and no one picked up the phone. On Wednesday, December 21 I reached out again. I then was able to speak with Zach. I had questions regarding availability, pricing, and trade-in appraisal. Due to me being out of town for the holidays, I requested that a virtual appraisal be made on my vehicle. I sent the sales rep, Zach, all the information he requested such as pictures, vin, etc. I never heard back. Yesterday, December 26 I reached out via phone and spoke with Melissa. She stated that the vehicle was still available, and I could make an appointment to come in, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. She advised me that she would have the keys pulled and vehicle ready. So, I made an appointment for today. After confirming my appointment, she sent a text message to “ask for Zach when you arrive”. Today after securing financing through my credit union, I traveled over an hour to the dealership to find out that not only was Zach off today but also the General Manager was driving the vehicle and he wasn’t there. At this point, I have wasted so much time, so I decided to leave. It is evident that these people are not wanting to do business. I have been in Sales & Business Development for over 15 years, so I expect certain things when doing business, like communication. It is surprising but I assume business is doing very well, despite high-interest rates and a horrible market. I have chosen to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.

I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I explicitly gave instructions to Tabiri for them not to change the brake fluid in my wife's car. The car only has 15,000 miles on it. And, yet they did it anyway. ($178 on our bill). My wife was promised that they had a special (no labor) on wiper blade replacement. And yet, for the rear wiper, they charged labor. My wife arrived early to expedite the service. But because Tabiri was not there, she sat around waiting while other service reps who could have helped her did nothing. This is not personalized service - it's a complete disregard for the value of customers' time. After 3 hours to perform what should have been minor service, my wife drove away and immediately noticed the brakes making weird sounds and being very "jerky". So, back to Acura Carland where she was told that it's because the wheel shine part of the car wash causes that. Why would anyone intentionally cause a problem with brakes like that, regardless if it's real or not? The car wash wasn't even that thorough. The total came to just under $700 for an oil change, rotate and balance, brake fluid exchange (again, explicitly instructed NOT to do), wiper blade replacement (charged labor when promised not to), wheel alignment, air filter replacement and cabin filter replacement (doubt this was necessary for 15,000 miles). All in all, it was a 4-hour nightmare. We will never ever use this service department and strongly recommend no one else does either. The only bright side was Kelly, the service rep who ended up helping my wife. She was helpful.

After speaking with Mr Martells on several vehicles on the Nalley lot, we were informed that the vehicles that we chose were sold. So, we decided to go visit the Nalley and see Mr Martells in person. He worked several hours with us until we chose and was satisfied with our vehicle. Put your cape back on CPT Kirk. Thanks for everything! Just wasn't able to talk any of the sales associates out of a Braves bobblehead.
