This is a pretty sorry parts department. i needed parts for a vw. i contacted this dealer, provided the VIN, and went personally to the parts department to order the parts. The employee pulled my parts list based on the VIN and sold me parts based on the VIN of my VW. When the parts arrived, i picked up my supposed needed parts the next day. It appears VW has a poor system of managing which parts are installed on their vehicles because the parts sold were incorrect. I contacted the parts department and informed the employee of the error, and i has told i would be refunded. Upon my arrival, i was informed of not receiving a refund because i did not have the little plastic bag that my parts came in. so basically, i was sold incorrect parts based on poor information from VW itself and not refunded based on a plastic bag. How is this fair??
