As well as being knowledgable, he is extremely friendly and patient when explaining the issues involved. He cares that the right work gets done, the right way, in the timeframe discussed. We know we will be needing service throughout the life of our vehicle, so it is important to us to go to people we trust. Shannon provides us with wonderful care as well. I went in for a recall issue and this was my first time there. The recall letter stated the repair could take up to 2 hours but I was out within 30 minutes. Jeremy was great and made sure I had everything I needed. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I will highly recommend.

Chris remembered me, he listened to all my plans, and made sure that my CRV got the absolute best care and service. He has been my special go-to person since last summer, and I always feel confident and safe with my car in his presence. Scheduled the safety recall for the rear camera harness prior to arrival. Unfortunately they could not complete the repair until the next afternoon. They let us use a new Ridgeline to return to our residence which is an hour drive away. The next day my repaired Ridgeline was delivered to my house. Really saved me from a lot of inconvenience.

Ford Edge was stumbling while driving slow. Called Akins, they set up a ride along with a service advisor. Service advisor (Ashton) agreed and set up drop time for the vehicle the next day for diagnosis & repair. Took a full week before we got the vehicle back, however it was fixed & working properly when we picked it up. Chris, Service Advisor, sent several texts to keep us updated. Overall was very happy with the service.
