The good guys at Hoover Dodge helped my son, a student at SCAD get our old and tired Durango get back on the road again. With me in NYC and him in Savannah, their level of attention to repairing the water pump, hoses, etc helped me deal with the anxiety of being nearly 900 miles away and unable to assist. Older vehicles especially, come with surprises--you fix one thing and a couple of days later something else goes wrong. But these guys were sympathetic and caring, got the job done quickly, and charged me fairly. Their explanations and telephone conversations were helpful, professional and considerate in spite of the frustration on both sides. I wholeheartedly recommend this service team and their mechanics behind the scenes. They are capable of handling tough mechanical issues and desperate customers like me who expect everything to be done in a New York minute.
