I was able to come in and have a warranty part replaced. I left my vehicle the night before and that way it would be there first thing. Plus I was getting ready to leave town and drive a lot and the service team wanted to make sure my car was ready/safe. The part was available so they were able to do the service before I left town. I was called when my car was finished. Both service people were very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a great experience when I bought the car last July and then this was part of my 10k service and follow up. Very pleased

I was going out of town in two days, driving my new Ford Flex that I purchased from Murray Ford. I hit a curb and blew out a tire on Friday. No where in my town was there a tire, so we took the car to back to David Strickland at Murray. They found a tire in Jacksonville, Florida. They drove to Jacksonville to pick up the tire and bring it back to St Mary's and put it on my car so I could go out of town. That is service above and beyond. Another reason I would recommend Murray Ford.
