Saab USA. Wants to satisfy their customers with talk no action. Waiting 3 weeks for them to decide to make a deal for another car ,but will not give the dealer any information on what kind of moneies they are going to give. Three days later they are going to but the car back. Three days later they want to fix something they have tried to fix 5 times already. Saab USA will not put anything in writing so they cannot be held responsible. They are the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with.

first let me say the service dept has been as helpful as they can trying to get my car fixed and to get fiat corp to cover it, but here's the rest of my experience with fiat. my 2014 500L fiat got a little over 40,000 miles on the first transmission. a new one was installed at the dealer. it lasted about 60,000 now it's no good either. fiat offered to help pay for it. but would still leave me paying several thousand for a car that might go 40,000-60,000 miles before it will break again. the first transmission was a faulty design, instead of fiat putting a better designed one in for a replacement, fiat put another one that has proven to be faulty. i asked the dealer if they would buy the car from me, but was told no.(no offer was even made and no one even looked at it to consider it) even a few thousand would leave them able to make money and made me a little happy considering. but if a fiat dealer doesn't think they could buy a car and fix it and still make money on it seen they have them listed for $11,6000. how much are their cars really worth?

Ordered a OEM Mitsubishi transponder key told me it was out of stock and they would refund the money . Been almost 3 weeks no refund called my bank and they said it was this dealer holding my payment in some way and not refunding me emailed over and over and no they don't reply anymore. They sent me a scam void confirmation. keep telling me it's my banks that's holding it when they personally told me it was not it was them ! Garbage company to deal with.

I had a battery that would not take a jump. It was explained to me that when a 2020 rav4 is charged the computer needs to update it. Donna Asst Service Manager gave 5 star service! She explained and confirmed what I had done. I am 77 yrs old and dealt with dealerships since 20 something. BEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER. Toyota on Abercorn in Sav Ga needs to know the professional and kindness shown to me 3/19/24 Donna ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️made my day! Will share my experience with friends!
