After having a accident in my car I was already on edge. I took my car in expecting to have a long drawn out process. From walking in the door being greeted by the staff and having the process explained to me this experience was very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone. Camping World took over 5 months to glue down 2 floor slats, fix a door hinge, glue accent lights, and replace a faulty refrigerator. No only were they slow, when I got my unit back the black tank was 1/3 full (SO GROSS!), they left greasy dismantled stabilizers on a bare bunk MATTRESS, there were small xxxxxxof water on the floor near the new fridge and they killed a battery! When I dropped it off at Campimg World, all tanks were empty, all lights off, the battery kill switch was set to off, and any greasy parts were left in the storage compartments - not uncovered on a mattress!! I guess this is a waste of time to even list these things but I cannot express how disappointed I am with the Camping World’s service departments in Byron and Woodstock. Sloppy, trashy, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and just all around horrible. So nasty. Who uses someone else’s toilet and doesn’t empty it???? I would say unbelievable but it seems like par for the course for you guys. I’m sharing my experience with the BBB and every online forum I can find in hopes that what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone else. Worst service department experience and the warranty program is a rip off.

Van heater wasn't working. - Customer

Van heater wasn't working. Took in and 3 weeks later the whole electrical system is down....something that worked great before I took it in. I even have their 45 point inspection to back it up! Guess they weren't going to make enough money just fixing a heater.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

I needed a tire and fast. Hiram (hope I spelled it right) helped me out and didn't pressure me into anything. Replaced my tire and put it on in under a hour at a good price. Found this place when I searched tires buckhead and the reviews sounded good so I thought I'd try them. Glad I did, thanks.
