Do Not Get Serviced By Dealership. My brand new car overheated in August the first time. They allegedly fixed the issue. It overheated in September again and here it is now October and they still have my car. They have not even tried to reach out to communicate. Everytime I call I get the run around. Neither times have I even received a loaner car so I’m paying out of pocket to get around.

My vehicle was dropped off after hours on 1/26/24 to be diagnosed for a Check Engine Light throwing multiple codes and a Multi point inspection. Dealership had it all day until close on 1/27/24 and we were advised it could be picked up. 1. The RO stated 1 code not multiple and the multi point inspection was never went over just written as 7mm in front and 5 mm in back which wasn't accurate as I will post those photos as well nor did we discuss that lights were out you would think on an inspection that would be an easy catch. I called the service manager and expressed my concerns on 1/29/24 and he stated he wasn't aware of a second code but to call him back and we could discuss. By 2-2-24 Me and the other person had attempted to call the service manager back over 11 times so I leave work early to go talk to the service manager. At this point it became very clear what and whom the problem was Ted Hayes and an issue he has with a former employee who dropped MY vehicle off so instead of refusing service which he has the right to do he choose to be unethical and take payment for a service that wasn't provided and clearly had no intention of correcting it. It did end up at another Dodge dealership a few days later with a complete different diagnosis. So here I am on Google and next will be yelp,facebook, Bbb and of course Hayes comes 1st on that building but it does operate under the Chrysler logo.

2013 Fuel filter change - chartreux2u

Went in for my fuel filter to be changed and truck never ran right after it, we travel full time so when we arrived in Pocatello, ID my fuel filter gauge was showing only 5% remaining we only used 500 Gallons of fuel since the change and only 7246 miles. So I went to Lithia Dodge and that's when I found out that my truck had 2 different fuel filters on it and Hutson Motor co only changed one of them but charged me for a full hour of labor. The truck has been running fine now that both filters have been changed like it was suppose to be. Called Chrysler customer service and they talked to the service techs which lied and told customer service that I refused to have the second fuel filter changed after they told me there was 2 filters. I was never told about the second filter until Pocatello, ID, I sent my copies of the work done to customer service which showed no mention of a 2nd fuel filter. I would not recommend going to the dealer for anything they proved they are dishonest with there lies to cover up their lack of required work by manufactures guide lines of service.

Tore up rear end of my Dodge truck during recall work - weespot414

Took my 2005 Dodge 1500 Ram pickup to dealer for airbag and pinion nut recall. Two weeks later, truck rear end squealing on the way home from work. Called a buddy who recommended a nearby rear end shop. Took it there for repair. After rear end repair completed, this shop owner told me that the Jenkins Chrysler mechanic had majorly over tightened the pinion nut, resulting in $1,095 worth of repairs. I called the Chrysler service manager, and he said since I didn't bring the truck to him, they would not pay for my repairs. Meanwhile, this same service manager called the repair shop where my truck was, and asked them to fax a copy of my receipt to them, and asked the owner twice if the overly tightened pinion nut had caused the damage. The owner told him twice that it did do the damage conclusively. I think if I had taken it back to Chrysler, they would've denied ever damaging it!

I had a problem with my jeep after having routine work done at Landmark. Tim looked into the matter and took care of it and kept me as a loyal customer. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful. His attentiveness is why I remain a loyal customer and will continue to bring my jeep to Landmark for service.

Nike and Kayla was great! I went to two other dealerships trying to sell my GMC truck and they was trying to give me a low figure for it. Then Nike called me and I went in thinking they was going to give me the same low figure, but Kayla gave me the figure I was looking for. If you're looking to sell ho to them. They won't do you wrong. They have awesome employees there that will keep you in mind and not just work. They work for you not against you. Again Nike and Kayla was awesome people!!

Caught the service manager in a big lie about the body shop they contract that supposedly couldn’t fix the issue with my under warranty truck and was told to go somewhere else. When I approached the Co owner Jason about it he told me that I didn’t buy the truck from them so hit the road, before I could even finish my sentence he threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave immediately. I have never been so insulted.

Happy coincidences is what the dealership called the oil filter housing failure 3 days after an oil change and a clip not being attached properly on the fuel line 5 days after the oil filter housing replacement and deep cleaning of the underside of my car after the oil leak that caused my car to break down and spew fuel from underneath my car. They tried to convince me there is no way they were responsible for these problems and they tried to tell me Firestone was not a reputable repair shop the day after my car broke down on the side of the road (that’s how long it took them to answer my phone calls and emails…the next day) and they would not have paid for the 34 mile tow to keep giving them more opportunities not to end on a bad note. They probably won’t reimburse me for my last prepaid oil change, but I will never go back to Mountain View Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Ringgold, Georgia. While I might not be able to prove they were the reason for these failures, I can’t afford to keep paying them for chances to prove that they were not. They insulted us, made my wife cry, then had us sit in the lobby for 30 mins why the General Manager, Service Manager, and service member who insulted us tried to figure out how to try and make us happy and keep giving them our business, it almost worked till my car started spewing fuel which could have caused a fire and would have totaled my car or worse, and left me standing on the side of the road. Conner was the only bright spot in that service department and he’s the youngest member of the service team. Firestone repaired my car by 9am this morning after dropping it off 30 mins before closing. The dealership had my car from 45 mins before closing on a Tuesday night and I did not have it back till Thursday morning after calling them over 10 times Thursday morning with no return calls, only a text saying it was ready and they over charged our checking account over the weekend and had to refund us but not before putting us in the negative and not being able to pay the auto debits that came out yesterday morning. Hard lesson but one I’m not doomed to repeat.
