The Collision Center took care of my glass repair in a fair amount of time. The new glass looks beautiful & there have been no leaks even though it’s like living in a flood zone right now.

I took my Cayenne in for the yearly tune up and updates. They did a wonderful job, got me in and out in about five hours. Since we live in Macon, they gave us a loaner car so we did not have to sit around waiting. The only thing I wish they had done was to tell me ahead of time that they now add a 3% service fee if you pay with a credit card. If I had known, I would have taken cash if they do not take checks. (Guess you can tell I do not like service fees!) When I had taken my Boxster in for service work in the past, there wasn't a fee to pay with my credit card. All in all, I was very pleased with their work and I will continue to use them.

There is nothing more rewarding than picking up the phone and calling your sales person (months after the sale) for assistance with a car issues. Gene Smith you are an amazing sales men with proven continued and dedicated support. Thank you for getting me in contact with your colleagues who tag teamed my vehicle issues as if it were their own. You guys at Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta far exceeded my expectations yet again. That invisible red carpet with rose pedals is always rolled out when I arrive, I truly appreciate it!

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

I needed a tire and fast. Hiram (hope I spelled it right) helped me out and didn't pressure me into anything. Replaced my tire and put it on in under a hour at a good price. Found this place when I searched tires buckhead and the reviews sounded good so I thought I'd try them. Glad I did, thanks.
