Jerry was superb in handlng our problems. We had a problem with my Frontier and a problem with my husband's Accord. I worked with Jerry to get the Frontier towed to Conyers Nissan and the towing company helped by returning to pick up the Honda for Conyers Honda. Jerry got my trouble diagnosed and repaired quickly. I then had a vehicle available for handling the Honda repair. Needlessly to say, Conyers Nissan was 2000 % better than Honda repair. AND much faster. When I get a new vehicle, it will definitely be a Nissan and maintained by Conyers Nissan. Very impressed by Jerry!

I expressed to him at this time I'm not in the market for a new car because of other current obligations. He proceeded to show me new 2025 models and I absolutely loved the new inventory. I brought my Nissan Altima into Flowers for a transmission noise. Travis was very nice on the phone and in person. He greeted me when I drove up and Jake the Service Manager came right out to ride with me to listen to the problem. He confirmed that it was a transmission problem and that because of the extended warranty on my vehicle, Nissan would replace my transmission at no cost to me. I left my car with them, and they had it fixed in two days. Jake checked me out and was very friendly and I left feeling great about the customer service I received at Flowers Nissan, Thomasville, GA. My car drives great and I am satisfied with the work performed on my Altima. I would definitely recommend Flowers Nissan to anyone. I will continue to drive from Tallahassee, FL to take my care to Flowers Nissan for service. Thank you again to Travis and Jake for being so friendly and providing such great customer service.
