Roswell Mazda location is clean and inviting. Associates are friendly. I brought my CX-9 in for routine service and had no plans on test driving any cars. Ron approached me as I was walking in to pick up my car. He was very friendly and had a contagious smile and was not pushy. I ended up test driving the Mazda 3 and the Miata. Ron did a great job of explaining the features of both cars. I will definitely be returning to Roswell Mazda to purchase a Miata stick shift from Ron when the time is right. Thank you Ron!

I would buy at this location REGARDLESS of price because of their service across the board. 5- Star rating is under rating this dealership as it should have double that off available. 100% satisfaction is a guarantee that they put into force daily. Just wanted to do my due diligence to tell people how awful Jim Shorkey Mazda Gainesville customer service is., they will not stand behind warranties that they sell a.k.a the $1500 warranty for the interior protection for my Mazda CX 5 , they refused to stand behind it and my wife had to argue for 8 hours before they finally agreed to do something but by that time they had my wife crying because Mr.Engle so rude and disrespectful . Don't fall for there games, lost customer for life and I make sure I TELL EVERONE I KNOW abut how horrible they treat ther customers after they sell them a vehicle .

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.
