I needed a tire and fast. Hiram (hope I spelled it right) helped me out and didn't pressure me into anything. Replaced my tire and put it on in under a hour at a good price. Found this place when I searched tires buckhead and the reviews sounded good so I thought I'd try them. Glad I did, thanks.

Do not take your vehicle here for service of any kind whatsoever for any reason. Go anywhere else, pay any amount. Nothing is worth the service here. The whole operation is worse than any thing you have experienced before. Starting with the GM, the service manager, the service advisors. Incompetence and horrible customer service doesn’t even describe what you will experience here. This is the worst run operation I have ever seen. heaven forbid you have any engine or electrical work needed. They will have your cars for days if not weeks with no communication.. They avoid difficult scheduled maintenance items like transmission oil changes, differential or transfer case oil changes. Do it yourself if you have too. Even if you don’t know anything about cars, you’ll be better off. trust this review. If you read this review and go there anyway do not say no one ever told you. I will never buy a truck here or go here again and I promise you, they don’t even care.

I ordered my parts the week before I was scheduled for service. I called the day before to make sure my parts were there. When I arrived Shannon took my car to the back then she came back and said your parts are not here. I then asked her why did she say they were here when I called her the day before. I went to the service department and I asked the tall guy why he didn't call me and let me know the part was not here. He then checked the system and said your parts are in Union City Ford and I could go and pick them up myself. Then Shannon said if you do then we can't fix it today. And she gave me my key and I asked her if the guy checked my tires since my light was on. I asked her if she cared about me as a customer and if she was concerned about my safety. Then another lady heard us talking and she called the manager Mandy. Mandy then sent someone to go and get my parts and my car was fixed. When I left after six hours and it was raining so I was using the wipers. The next day I was going to use the car then I noticed my steering wheel was not close properly so the windshield wipers would not go off. I called Shannon back and she said she was ordering my other part and they will look at the wipers then. I called her back two days later to ask about the other part and she said she would call me when the part comes in and it has been three weeks and I have not heard from Shannon or Mandy. I will not be back at Mike Patton for anything. I have been a loyal customer since Mike Patton sold Mazda's. I was at the dealership getting the vehicle serviced for over 6 hours. They didn't even offer me a soda or ten percent off. NOTHING

I have had 3 Lincolns from Pugmire Lincoln and they are a really fine dealership. I drove my Corsair in for a scheduled service an entire day early!!! Bernard Wingard and Bob Heinze worked my service in the same day and rather quickly. I didn't have to wait too long. I have had excellent service from the Pugmire service department over 3 vehicles. Bernard and Bob are great service guys. JackDB

Friday I took my car in for an alignment and oil change then traction control lights came on that evening which was concerning. The next Monday, I took my vehicle back because the alignment was not correct and the warning lights remained on. These issues were blamed on a missing engine mount bolt, which I do appreciate them noticing (although this has caused no issues in 2 years). I then took my vehicle back that Thursday and the bolts were installed and the alignment was somewhat corrected, but I was told the warning lights were on because the steering angle sensor needed to be replaced (a $1300 service estimate). I returned home and did some research on this issue. Within 30 minutes, I found that the steering angle sensor needed to be reset which is a common problem after alignments. I fixed this issue on my own without a $1300 repair which was completely unnecessary.

Service department was terrible they spilt oil all over my engine and then on the way home home it got all over my vehicle. They took my vehicle back the next day to clean it and it is still a mess they didn't clean anything. It is evident that they don't care about your investment because you spend 50 to 60 thousand so now that they have your money they could care less about helping you keep it appropriately maintained! They didn't even fill the oil completely so be aware! They should fix the problem that THEY created!!! If I was their boss they would all have been terminated immediately!!!!
