I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful service I have received at Allan Vigil Ford’s Service Department in Morrow, GA. This dealership has demonstrated an outrageous lack of integrity, professionalism, and basic customer service.
First and foremost, I have discovered that the service department is completing tickets and charging for services that were never actually performed on my vehicle. This is not just an oversight—it is outright fraud. I expect that when I pay for a service, the work is actually done. Instead, it seems this dealership is more interested in padding invoices than maintaining customer trust.
To make matters worse, the service advisor refuses to communicate with me directly regarding the necessary work on my car. A professional and responsible manager would have the decency to speak with a paying customer and address concerns in a straightforward manner. But instead of a conversation, I receive long-winded text messages that could pass for a dissertation—full of excuses, but completely devoid of solutions. If the advisor has that much time to type, surely a quick phone call or in-person discussion would be possible. But I suppose avoiding accountability is easier when hiding behind a screen.
This level of incompetence and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. Customers rely on service departments to provide honest, quality work—not to fabricate service reports and dodge accountability. Allan Vigil Ford has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority, and I will make it my mission to ensure others are aware of these dishonest business practices.
