I'm blessed to have have a small fleet of 2024 Ford Bronco Sports. I rent them on a platform called Turo. Allen Vigil Southlake Ford does a fantastic job of keeping all my vehicles inspected properly oil changed and ready to go. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. It’s convenient and Vincent my service advisor along with Tonya do a solid job for me every time I get in and I get out that’s important. I’m constantly looking forward to going to the Ford dealership I may even have a lunch at their cafeteria it's a first class operation all the way.

I called Shannon for my routine service, WORKS (LOF & Tire Rotation) I was scheduled for exactly when I requested. The first time I walked in 5 years ago I happened to get Shannon as an Advisor and saw she was a Level 4 Advisor, as a Sales and Service Writer Master since inception and Level 3 Sales from the beginning and having been in dealers with 8 President's Awards I KNEW I COULD TRUST Shannon and GJF. In 5 years Shannon and GJF have not let me down.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.
