I took my truck in, because my engine light was lite on Tuesday. They said they would not get to run the diagnostics it that day. No problem, I told them I would bring it in Wednesday at 07:30. Which I did. I've called multiple time - they could not get to it until Thursday, then Friday . On Friday I was told some mechanics were coming in on Saturday- but the service rep. did not know what they would be working on. It's now Monday - this is day six that my truck has been in the shop. I was just told maybe - tomorrow. During this time I've been told I can not get a loaner vehicle from them. They don't do this any more. I've been told this six times. Three times I've been told I would be contacted - once was before the end of the day on Friday, to update me on the status of the test- NEVER has anyone attempted to call me - I've initiated all phone calls. I want to stress, that I am not talking about getting my truck fixed.... This is the time it takes to run diagnostics. So PERHAPS after 6-7 Days someone can run a diagnostic test. AMAZING. Any thoughts on how many weeks it will take to actually fix the Truck?

Great customer service. Went above and beyond to help me. Service center had me back on the road quickly. Cost of repair was good. I do not live in Georgia., however I will definitely travel back to view their inventory when I upgrade my current vehicle. Linda Robinson Bakersville NC

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

Bought a used vehicle from them. Received a letter about a recall. Up to that point there hadn't been any problems with the vehicle. Took it in for the repairs and in about a month the transmission goes completely out. They tell me that it will cost over $6000 to fix. Needless to say I won't be going back to them for anything!

We had our car towed to Dublin Ford.We we’re traveling back home to Illinois and it would not start in the morning in the motel parking lot.I cannot say enough about Daphany ,in the service department ,and Frank,the mechanic.When our car arrived at the dealership,which was 40 miles from the motel,they looked at it immediately.They truly cared about solving our problem as quickly as possible.After about three hours ,we were back on the road. It is so nice to find compassionate,caring and professional people.I would highly recommend Dublin Ford.

they charged $1500 to my 80 year old mother to fix gear shift in 2013 ford edge. she made it home and it locked up in park for good.i added an oil change and checked and no oil change but she got charged.they ran a full tank of gas out.these people are crooks and the will get there.you will get robbed here.this rater made me give this business one star
