Left my 2020 F150 for service. On the way home checked my tire pressure. One tire was very low. They had told me I needed tires but didn't even check the pressure. A day or 2 later the washer fluid light came on. They hadn't checked the fluid. I decided to Check the coolant. No coolant visible. Had to use a stick to find coolant level. Wonder if they actually changed the oil.

Overall it's a nice dealership. Eventhough I didn't buy my bmw from them, they always provide me with a loaner car. Service department needs some work though. Technicians are careless and dirty. You get your car back with couple scratches, scuff marks, greasy finger prints... If they worked on quality control a little bit, they would be a great dealer.
