I have known the Daniels family for most of my life, and I will definitely be a repeat customer the next time I am in the market for my next Chevrolet Silverado!!!

There was a power outage and they kept me informed of what was going on. They offered to have me reschedule but just as I was about to leave the power came back on and they got my oil changed in a reasonable time.

Outstanding customer service The service department informed me of the services needed. Although the vehicle was not cleaned when pick-up. The service department asked if I would bring back the vehicle do they can wash the truck. Overall - Great Job!

Bad customer service skills, service technician’s lacking proper repair knowledge, and the service manager willingness to allow these unjust actions to take place. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Customers concerns are placed out the window with this company.

Bought a used vehicle from them. Received a letter about a recall. Up to that point there hadn't been any problems with the vehicle. Took it in for the repairs and in about a month the transmission goes completely out. They tell me that it will cost over $6000 to fix. Needless to say I won't be going back to them for anything!
