Awful experience - similar to other reviews here (which I should have read), I bought a truck from this dealership and have had it for 7.5 months, almost 2 of which have been in service. Not only have I had repeated issues with my car, the lack of clarity in service and clear bull-rush sales tactics to try and get customers to buy cars is insurmountable. For example, I noticed something was off on the truck on the lot when test driving, told the salesman I needed that fix in writing to ensure it was addressed. He assured me it would be fixed in 48-72 hours. They had my car for 7 weeks…and only after repeated calls daily did they finally provide any details. Now fast forward 7 months later on a truck with less than 35k miles on it - the engine won’t start so I get it towed in. They tell me everything is covered under warranty, then proceed to hold the car for days, provide little to no updates without me calling repeatedly. I was then asked to approve a diagnostics charge of $190 to determine whether there was something else causing the car to fail when starting. Ok. Then, I get told the following day there is no diagnostics and I am getting asked again to approve another $190 diagnostic, doubling what they’re charging me with zero result and when asking to speak to a manager (nearly 5 times), one never called back. I ended up just picking up my truck without getting it fixed due to frustration. Horrible experience.
