Charged $255.00 just to run computer diagnostic tests to find out what was wrong with my car. Service Advisor said they had to run three diagnostics at $85.00 each to find the problem. Seems to me they could have done this with one test. I will not be taking any of my mercurys back there to find out what a blinking light means.

Good luck trying to get any communication at all from this dealership, which is an embarrassment to the brand Hyundai is working so hard to build. After trying for a week to get ahold of the single Genesis rep at the dealership, leaving messages, waiting on hold (just to be hung up on), I am fed up. They don’t know the meaning of customer service. I’ll be going somewhere that will value me as a customer and if you’re reading this, I suggest you do the same.
