A year ago I got an oil change there for my Volt. - Ex customer

A year ago I got an oil change there for my Volt. When the car said I was close to needing another, I scheduled an appt., but it was 2 weeks out. I decided to get it done elsewhere since I was taking a trip soon. The new place showed me on the dipstick that it had been overfilled previously!! How could they mess up such a basic important thing? Now I'm worried about the longevity of the engine. Never to go back!!

Service department has had my Chrysler car for service for 4 months and still has not fixed the problem! They are still waiting for parts to fix the electrical system so they say. I do not believe they have the expertise to fix the problem. There has been very little communication with us and service level is horrible!
